Training towards the FAA (NAC) Private Pilot License with Night Priviliges (PPL) Estimated completion time 7-8 weeks to allow for TSA processing fingerprint checkride and weather.
The PPL training will be conducted on the Cessna C152 Piper PA- 38 Cessna 172 or Piper PA-28 aircraft depending on the course selected.
Single Engine Experience (PPL)
Both the 40 and 50 hour programs will include the following:
- Minimum of 20 hours of flight instruction, which includes:
- 3 hours of cross country
- 3 hours of instrument flight
- 3 hours of night flight

Minimum of 10 hours solo flight, which includes:
- 5 hours solo cross country
- Three takeoffs and landings at an airport with an operating control tower
- The balance of 20 hours may be with a flight instructor or solo.
Note: Although 40 hours is the legal minimum set by the Federal Aviation Administration most pilots will
require more flight time to be prepared for the practical test, This is why we offer both 40 and 50 hour program.

Students requiring additional flying or ground training hours or preparation in order to safely pass the FAA Check rides, Ground
Examinations or require for some other reason further training to complete the course will be charged for these hours or
training at the rate prevailing at that time.
Accommodation Options

Note: There are a number of different options for accommodation available depending on budget and preference. The accommodation
we can arrange is on a shared basis Guest House Hotel or Family Home-stay with a maximum 2 persons per room. Hotel accommodation
Includes Cooked Breakfast 7 days a week & Light evening meal (except holidays), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Hotel Rooms
also offer Fridge and Microwave). The home-stay option Includes meals. We can take care of the booking of the room at the Aviation
Pacific discounted rate for you however hotel bills must be settled directly between the hotel and the student.
For students on a loan program Aviation Pacific Inc can, to assist you by invoicing the student for the accommodation portion which
will then be paid on behalf of the student directly to their hotel or home stay provider. For students wishing to do this the accommodation
must be paid in advance of their arrival date as we are not able to refund tuition fees to be used for accommodation purposes.
Payment Process and Financial Commitment
Pilot Training, like most proffessional qualifications, requires a committed student as well as a large financial commitment. While
we have tried to ensure that you are aware of the real financial costs involved we suggest that you budget for an additional 5% of
the total course fees to cover any unexpected additional training that you may require.
The competitive pricing offered in our inclusive packages is dependent on prompt and full installment payments on or before the due
dates. All payments are to be by Bank Transfer to our nominated account except the first Enrollment, Administration & I20 fee of
$250 which may be paid via credit card using our online enrollment form which will speed up the processing of the I20. The I20
will not be processed until we confirm receipt of the enrollment fee.
All course inclusive items paid by the student will be refunded at the posted rates by way of a deduction of the last tuition fee.
Payment Schedule:
The inclusive course price is based on a discounted rate provided that payment terms are met as per the following schedule.
Students who do not pay according to their agreed shedules will revert to a per hour billing rate at the prevailing
school hourly rates.

The price quotes for a packaged course will remain fixed for a period of 2 months from the enrollment date. Should there be an esculation
in school fees after this 2 month period then the student may be additionally billed for this on a pro rata basis..
For the purpose of this document courses are said to have commenced once a student has arrived at the school or at school booked accommodation.

Refund Policy – Inclusive Courses
- Students who cancel their enrollment after their I20 has been issued but prior to the
seven day period before the commencement of their course or their arrival in the USA (whichever
is soonest) will forfeit the Enrollment, Administration & I20 fee of $250 only.
- Students who cancel within the seven day period prior to their scheduled arrival but
prior to the commencement of flight training, (ground or flight) will be charged a $2000
cancellation fee as well as forfeiting the $250 Enrollment, Administration & I20 fee.
- 3. Cancellation after the commencement of their course will result in forfeiting the $250
Enrollment, Administration & I20 Fee, the $2000 cancellation fee as well as the relevant ground
school fee. Furthermore throughout the course program once a portion of ground training class has
commenced (Private, Instrument or Commercial) that particular ground school fees are none refundable.
- Initiation of the payment of a refund terms,
- Refunds will be initiated within 21 days of receipt of a written request by the
student stating the reason for their required termination.
- A mutually agreed upon refund in USD (United States Dollar) value statement must
signed by the Student and Aviation Pacific Inc acknowledging final refund amount
prior to funds being released for transfer.
- Refunds will be made by Bank / Telegraphic transfer to the student’s nominated account.
- Refunds will be made in USD (United States Dollar).
- All bank charges associated such a refund will be for the students account and will
be deducted from the balance due to the student prior to the transfer being effected.
