30 Hours Flying Course
Plus 5 Hours Night Flying if required
Plus 2 Hours Skills Test
Location – Kemble Airfield
Timescale – 4 weeks
Cost - £260 + VAT per hour in R22
Estimated course cost - £8320 + VAT + CAA Examiner Fee
The aim of the course is to provide students with the necessary level
of skill to allow them to fly professionally within Europe.

The course takes place from our Kemble Academy and covers the following
areas in preparation for your skills test with a CAA Examiner: -
- Pre flight & post flight checks and procedures
- Hover manoeuvres, advanced handling and confined areas
- Navigation
- Flight procedures and manoeuvres by sole reference to the instruments
- Abnormal & emergency procedures

During the course a minimum of
10 hours Instrument Flying is conducted.
Prior to the course students must: -
- Hold an ICAO PPL (H)
- Have passed either the CPL (H) or ATPL (H) Theoretical Knowledge
exams and be within date
- Have a total of 155 Hours flight time
