you will require a vocational training visa - M-1 visa. This visa is
issued by the US Embassy nearest to your state of residence. For more

The I-20
This is a document issued by the
flying school. To get an I-20 from Aviation Pacific, you need to fill
out the online application form. This online application form has all
the required data for the issuance of the I-20.The fee for the issuance
of an I-20 is US $250. This amount should be wire transferred to the

SEVIS
The Student and Exchange Visitor
Program (SEVP) acts as the bridge
for
various government organizations that have an interest in information
about
foreign students. SEVP uses web-based technology, the Student and
Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), to track and monitor
schools and programs, students, exchange visitors and their dependents
throughout the duration of approved participation within the U.S.

TSA - Transportation Security Administration
As a student pilot, you will need
to
register and obtain
clearance from the TSA before you commence flying training. This agency
is
structured under the Department of Homeland Security, and all alien
pilots under training in the USA, are required to register with them..
